PostgresOpen 2016 Tutorials and Sessions Announced

Posted By: PostgresOpen on Jun 21 2016

The Program Committee is pleased to announce the PostgresOpen 2016 speaker and trainer line-up!

The Program Committee had a tough job this year choosing talks due to the volume and quality of submissions. We're pleased at the challenge you presented us and are excited to present the conference schedule. Please note that due to unavoidable circumstances there may be some changes to the schedule prior to September, however we expect any changes to be minimal.

You can view the sessions here: https://postgresopen.org/events/sessions/pgopen2016/

We have four great tutorials available at the same rate as last year, be sure to review which of the tutorials are for you and register quickly- slots are limited.

In addition, we’re pleased to announce our first ever Crunchy Data/Red Hat tutorial at PostgresOpen! This sponsored session is available to attendees for no additional charge (free!). Register early to have a seat!

As a conference attendee, the committee could use your help in making the 2016 Postgres Open Conference our best year yet.

• Blog about the conference: what talks or tutorials you are interesting in attending, peers you're interested in catching up with, favorite Dallas BBQ place - you get the idea.

• Chat about it on your social media networks. Ping us on twitter @PostgresOpen and we'll retweet and/or repost on the conference blog.

• Promote to your co-workers (you are bringing some, aren't you?)

Also, our special rate at the [https://2016.postgresopen.org/venue/] Westin Galleria ends August 28th - don't delay in booking your room!
